Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the products, without giving a reason.
What can be returned
Olive oil is a food product. For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal applies only to products returned unopened, with their original seal and cap intact. Opened bottles or tins cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.
How to withdraw
- Tell us within the 14 days, by email to info@corinthharvest.com with your name and order number. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.
- Send the products back, well packed, within 14 days of telling us. When you contact us, we email you the courier and the collection point for your return parcel, addressed to Corinth Harvest – Eleni Zoi, Ellinochori, 20002 Corinthia, Greece.
Costs and refund
You pay the cost of returning the products. We refund the price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your notice; we may wait until the products arrive back with us. We refund to your bank account (please send us your IBAN) — no fee is charged to you.
Damaged or faulty products
If a product arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, it is not a withdrawal: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
