We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Who receives your data
- Couriers (e.g. ACS or similar), to deliver your order.
- Our accountant and the tax authorities, for legally required records.
- MailerLite (MailerLite UAB, Lithuania, EU), which sends our newsletters on our behalf.
- Our hosting provider (Enartia, Greece), which stores the website.
Your data is stored within the European Union.
4. How long we keep it
- Order and invoicing records: for as long as Greek tax law requires (generally at least five years).
- Contact messages: up to two years after our last exchange.
- Newsletter and waiting list: until you unsubscribe.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at info@corinthharvest.com. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the website and, with your consent, third-party content:
- Essential: shopping cart and checkout (WooCommerce), language choice (Polylang), security. These do not require consent.
- Third-party content: the Google Maps map on our Contact page may set Google cookies when it loads.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
